Returns

We want you to love your Dolce Nova piece. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at daniella@dolce-nova.com or by phone at (346) 243-4403 with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at daniella@dolce-nova.com or by phone at (346) 243-4403 and we'll do our best to help.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
